a little about me: My husband of 7 years and I are hoping to build a family through adoption. We have an approved home study, and now are in the "matching process." We hope to be matched with these 2 little beauties, named Quneesha & Kytasia.
I work in the children's mental health field, with experience as a child therapist, and now as a team leader for a children's case management team. My husband, Steve, is a behavior specialist in a sheltered workshop
for adults with Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities.
We currently have one very spoiled feline, a 15 y.o. DSH blue-grey/cream, named Sasha.
Steve has 2 adult sons, Mike and Tom, both of whom are in the service. The gorgeous baby pictured below is Blake Christian Scott, who is held by his mommy, Amyjo. We absolutely adore this baby, and miss him terribly (he lives in Texas right now). We hope to see Blake again in June of this year... perhaps when he will meet his new aunties!

My interests: I love collecting all things feline, I enjoy goofing around on the computer, esp. using Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Premiere (video editing), and Sierra Print Artist for making cards. I like listening to classical, celtic, and new age music.

Check out my beautiful grandson, Blake Christian Scott, held by his lovely mom, Amyjo. The middle photo is of Steve and me, with our potential new daughters, Quneesha & Kytasia. We hope that they will be able to join our family through adoption. The third photo is of me as a baby with my 5 siblings.
